I might read the manga because I don’t wanna wait over half a year 2 see it!!! yo nerd, if you are going to check out Helter Skelter, you might want to check out Pink and River’s Edge while you are at it. Pink is about a woman who moonlights as a prostitute in order to feed her pet crocodile which reminds me of some movie that you posted about. i can’t remember which. it was actually really important comic for the gyaru comics scene because it opened up a bevy of topics for girls comics that were commonly not talked about because big comic publishers assumed teenage girls would have no interest in difficult subjects like sex, sadomasochism, existentialist crises, etc. you should check out River’s Edge because it really shows a more tender side of Okazaki and it deals with the emotional difficulty of being a teen in tokyo. i think i saw you talking about All About Lily Chou Chou at some point so i think you would enjoy River’s Edge stay up you dumb otaku
